Description of Service

Invity lets you create and share invitation websites for weddings, birthdays, housewarmings, and other life celebrations - with features such as RSVP collection, guest wishes, photo galleries, multiple events, and WhatsApp sharing.

Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to create an Invity account.

Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity on your account. The information you provide when creating an account or occasion page must be accurate.

Content You Post

You are solely responsible for the content (text, photos, and other media) you publish on your invitation pages. By posting content, you confirm that:

• You have the right to use and display everything you upload, including any copyrights or trademarks it contains.
• Your content is not unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise harmful.
• You will not upload viruses or other harmful code, or use the service for any illegal purpose.
• You grant Invity permission to display and reproduce your content solely to provide and operate the service for you and your invited guests.

Invity respects the intellectual property of others. If you believe content on Invity infringes your copyright, please contact us via the contact page with the relevant details.

Plans & Payment

Invity offers a free plan and paid premium plans. Free invitations remain live for the validity period of the free plan; premium invitations remain live for the period of the purchased plan shown at checkout. Expired occasion pages may be archived or taken offline. See our Refund Policy for cancellations and refunds.

Content Moderation & Suspension

Invity reserves the right to remove any content, or suspend or terminate any account, that it believes violates these Terms or applicable law, at its sole discretion.

Intellectual Property

The Invity website, its design, and its software are the property of Invity and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy or redistribute them without permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Invity is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not responsible for the accuracy or content of any occasion page created by a user.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Invity is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. You agree to indemnify Invity against claims arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of your account.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on the site.
