To create an Invity account you provide your name, mobile number, and (optionally) an email address. When you build an occasion page, you provide the celebration details you choose to include - names, dates, venues, photos, and messages.
Guests who RSVP, send wishes, or suggest playlist songs on your occasion page submit their name, mobile number, and message. This guest information is collected on your behalf and is visible to you as the host.
We also automatically collect some technical information when you visit the site, such as your IP address and device/browser details, mainly to keep the service secure and working correctly.
We use your information to create and operate your invitation pages, process RSVPs and wishes, send account-related notifications (such as OTPs, RSVP alerts, or renewal reminders), provide customer support, and improve the service.
An occasion page and the details you add to it are visible to anyone you share the page's link with. Guest details - names, mobile numbers, RSVP responses, and wishes - are visible only to the host of that occasion, not to other guests or the public.

Payment processing for premium plans is handled by our payment gateway partner. Invity does not store your card, UPI, or bank account details.
We use essential cookies/session storage to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. If you opt in to push notifications (for example, RSVP or reminder alerts), your browser will store a notification subscription; you can withdraw this at any time from your browser or device settings.
We keep your account and occasion data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us via the contact page.
